The elevators are painfully small and often unavailable, making wait times excessive!!! The parking fees are outrageous, and nearby alternatives are limited. Additionally, the distance from the city center is a real inconvenience for tourists!!!

The breakfast offered a wonderful variety, including local specialties, and the gym was convenient for late-night workouts after exploring the city, making our stay quite enjoyable.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a welcoming bar area. I fondly remember how the staff facilitated my early check-in during my first stay. Highly recommend for a great trip!

We recently enjoyed our family stay in a cozy Queen Room with a Sofa Bed. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the onsite restaurant offered delightful local cuisine. A must-try is the gluhwein! Friends, remember to double-check your room amenities.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend breather in Hamburg with a good price-quality ratio. The free shuttle service was a nice touch that made transportation easier. Remember to check the restaurant hours before lunch, as they close early.

Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival, with hair found in the bathroom and on surfaces. Additionally, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, taking much longer than expected, leaving us feeling unwelcome.
